Hindu Forum The task of Sweden is to take advantage of common interests, to work for increased cooperation between different Hindu groups and individuals, when beneficial, to promote our shared values, friendship and peaceful coexistence.
- to cooperate with other Hindu forums in Europe under the umbrella organization Hindu Forum Europe (HFE).
- to increase the conditions for a blue-yellow Hinduism (which can be understood from Swedish society) and still open to pan-Hinduism.
- to present the Hindus situation and interests for the Swedish government (politics), appropriate institutions and civil society.
- to monitor, inform and ensure that there is no marginalization and / or discrimination against people of this religious orientation.
- to present statements from the forum's assemblies at important festivals, events, social crises and the like.
- to organize own activities and festivals
- to work locally, nationally and globally
